hey! it depends on which editing program you’re using. I used to use imovie which came free on my macbook pro, it was pretty good but I ended up buying final cut pro X which is just amazing. if you want a seriously good editor I highly recommend saving up for fcpx!

update shizzle

hi guys! just thought I’d update you on a couple little things. okay, firstly I would just like to say thank you to everyone who follows me, because I recently hit 500 followers! (crazy because I only follow 6 people, not to be a twat but just because I like to keep my dash pretty empty, if you want a follow from me I’ll happily follow you on my other main tumblr!)

secondly, on my youtube channel (here) I have started uploading videos ever 2 weeks (at the latest) if you want to check them out! they are really fun to make and I love sharing them with you guys ^^

okay and lastly, I’m just going to apologise for the lack of digital SAI drawings. my mac doesn’t agree with SAI so I haven’t been able to create any lately, however I recently got windows 7 on virtualbox so I will be able to do digital drawings again soon! :D (therefore meaning I can finally do my ‘Things Phil Does’ drawing as a follow up from my ‘Things Dan Does’ drawing, yay!)

this is probably one of the biggest compliments anyone could ever say to me haha. except for the fact that pj’s videos are AMAZING and 99% better than mine lol. I admire his videos so much, each one of them are breathtaking. and of course I will, he’s one of my favourite youtubers!

aw wow thank you so much for the lovely compliments! <3 you really shouldn’t feel intimidated at all, it took me ages to reach the level I am now and if you rewind a couple of years my drawings were nothing special at all. I checked out your twitter and I think your drawings are ace, you should keep them up!

When you began drawing, what did you draw first? Like animals ect? Thank you!

hi! thank you so much, everything you just said just put a huge smile on my face! I am so glad to hear that I have inspired you ^^ when I first ever started drawing I mostly drew horses and animals, most of the time as little illustrations to stories. I actually used to use ink and I hardly ever used pencil until 2010. and it’s okay!

drawing of dan and phil (AGAIN) I’m on study leave so I don’t have time to be doing big extravagant drawings, so I did this for you guys, just as a little something to look at… floating heads! I had to draw dan and phil as lately I have just been so proud of them, it’s unreal. I’ve been watching them since 2009, so to see them grow into who they are today is just amazing. hope you guys like it! (click here to see a video of me drawing this)
